Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are available for products damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong item.

Exchange Process

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
